An Embraced Fierce Criticism of the Tokyo Olympics 2021

　　The 2021 Summer Olympic Games have been exposed to fierce criticism despite innocent participants putting in immeasurable effort to make the Tokyo Olympics 2021 a success. In fact, Tokyo is still in somewhat of a recovery process with an expected vaccination rate of under 30% of the entire population at the end of July. It is also currently still under its fourth declaration of emergency. In a questionnaire conducted by a third party, over 60% of people were shown to agree with the potential cancelling or postponing of the Tokyo Olympics 2021. According to this criticism, there is still a great deal of much-needed preparation in order to launch this massive summer event. However, these criticisms have begun to swell into baseless claims and extremism, potentially affecting Olympic integrity for the worst. It may indeed be brought about by the very few actors within the social media sphere, but it is certainly not a product of the  athletes or the over 80,000 Japanese volunteers.

　　The tweet that caused the figurative virus on the podium can be observed surrounding the account that posted the photo, and it can be thought of as having received a gold medal brought about by critics deploying IOC corruption theories. There has been little hesitation to employ the method of editing pictures for posting on social media, and this comes as a result of the immense amount of public attention surrounding such controversial content.

　　However, there is an aspect in the need of preservation that may be lost in this process, and that is the factor of the integrity of the Olympic Games. Athletes and volunteers do not fall into the scope of the IOC corruption theory. Respecting integrity is how we were taught, and our obligational values are what we should keep. In our manner of discussion, we must show a direction unlike what is observed on social media today. There are still human beings who are doing their best to ensure that this event takes place with tremendous safety. Among those efforts, the disrespectful posts on Twitter represent how nonsensical anti-Olympic activist claims truly are. These individuals undermine the quality of democracy through their manners of extremism.

　　Secondly, reserving the privilege  for the Tokyo Olympic 2020 to take place is a symbolic achievement brought on by Shinzo Abe’s second tenure as prime minister of Japan. For a decade, this unprecedented conservative cabinet was continually exposed to fierce criticism. Despite this fact, the Olympic Games may potentially be a target for adversary groups, including the minority party and liberal influencers in social media. Anti-Olympic action has been deployed following Abe’s resignation from the upcoming election scheduled to take place after the Tokyo Olympics 2021. In fact, the first group of endorsements was proposed by the Liberal Democratic Party – which dominated Japanese politics following WWII – on July 142021.  Proceeding with the launch of the Olympic Games can negatively impact political dominance, as even the most remote chance of incident could result in the party’s political downfall. I strongly believe that adversary groups and some cable television networks were arguing against the Olympics on a near daily basis, and this caused a serious accident where an individual shot a water gun to extinguish a fire during the torch relay. This terrible attack on Olympic integrity implies that the Olympic committee and its volunteers are no longer able to control these activists. Overheated journalism within a political context and the social media scope can induce abnormalities. It also causes an increase in security severity due to the resulting unpredictability.

　　Finally, the anti-vaccination movement emerged as a product of issues with manufacturers failing to disclose their accountability for vaccine disadvantages. I understand that there are traditional suspicions about any vaccination, and I am also aware that claims should be guaranteed under the freedom of speech. However, in this case, accepting it effectively counters the threat of the virus as a group. Without this measure, control over this global pandemic would be lost entirely. There was an article from overseas detailing that vaccinated individuals in Japan account for approximately 2% of the total population, and the author doubts that the Olympic Games will be held in this situation. Indeed, the conclusion can be drawn that the event must be canceled. However, at the time of this article’s publication, the vaccination rate in Japan is expected to be approximately 30%, which differs drastically from the current estimated rate. The anti-Olympic campaign is eventually transforming into a case that may waver the very basic concept of public health policy. This kind of theory has contagion; it spreads rapidly and is difficult to correct. A certain proportion of social media users seem to believe that the mRNA vaccines’ credibility is at stake.

　　Additionally, there has never been a case that the Olympic symbol, as this traditional one has already been abused at the hands of extremism than the Tokyo Olympic 2020. Just as five rings were fulfilled by nuclear marks, they may be connected to the hydrogenic explosion of the Fukushima Nuclear Plant in 2011; five rings have been edited into the symbol as a canceling mark and as a method to agitate extremism. I have personally never experienced an edited Olympic symbol to claim a political belief. I also believe that this out of the scope of morals and done to keep international interests secure, particularly with the people who are waiting to watch a great international competition. However, this edited symbol may potentially deliver a powerful message on why the Olympic Games must be canceled. 　　The passion to welcome world citizens to Japan for this summer event may be lost under the circumstances, and the author’s sincere hope is for volunteers to continue working towards their responsibility for all participants’ security. No one would wish for a serious accident to occur, and I believe their responsibility will be effective in preventing this. Despite this fact, now is the time to consider how to reduce the extremism occurring in cyberspace and on cable television. The anti-Olympic movement, political action for the coming election, and anti-vaccination activity must all be discussed securely under the freedom of speech. However, those rights must be conducted under the good intention for all people to be safe during the Olympic Games. For this to happen, influencers and activists must consider how contagious and how strong words and images truly are. Otherwise, we should take accountability and set a higher budget for security matters in these events, such as investing in law enforcement and police reform. To date, we have not actively pursued for the conducting  of democracy, and we should facilitate methods to overcome the obstacles under this pandemic in order to create and preserve a better quality of culture and manners for the next generation.

TSMCとの協業について①

結論から言うと日本で生産した半導体を買う日本のエンドユーザー（勢いがあった頃のソニーや日立、パナソニック）が衰退してしまった事が、現在の日本の半導体産業が苦しむ主な要因の一つです。また国産の携帯端末メーカーも育って無いのも残念な状況です。

今回のTSMCとの協業提案はTSMCが得意な半導体生産の前工程、日本が得意な後工程を担当して協業するということだけどTSMCが得意とする工程は数兆円の投資がかかる上に、日本は労働人口の問題がある現状。

工場で働く人を雇うというのは実はとても大変なんですよ。。。果たしてそのような状況で日本に数兆円の投資をTSMCがやるかというととてもそうとは考えられないというのが友人関係のある半導体技術者への聞き込みから得られた内容です。

During the orientation, Tony kept positively paying attention to me and brought many friends that broadly organized the essential human network to proceed our study in the school. The mood and atmosphere, other environmental issues overwhelmed my motive to speak out about myself. But Tony did not say about my presumptions like inferior complex to other students, just he gave motives to me getting involved into the activities. Actually, no one questioned the probity of Tony being considered as the youngest but his talent of leader. That was how our premodial position in academic English class was made in the beginning of September 2019.

Still My Hope on Permanent Peace

The treatment linking incident in Capital hill with excessive political disputes make political tention on presidential election tackling on voting accuaracy over a couple of days. Surely there has been no time in history where nothing might be invoked by people questioning whether compound political system surely work or not over the world. A quick reflection on typical and political movement reveals how SNS changed the styles of discussions and how internet would contribute to gain a degree of fierceness on actions the way of how people claim themselves. Looking Back This Fall with Artless Feeling①

First of all, I'd like to say thanks for all the people, who might be involved my fall 2020. They are not only in campus, but also in social media, INTO teachers, friends, and family members they assuaged a typical asperity that I might have in the beginning of fall 2020. Also, I just wanna say thanks for private menters during that time. Especially, Mark is one of menters who encouraged me to do my best for my fall 2020. I still remember he mentioned "Don't give up your life in the US". I really appreciate that 10min or 15min moving with his car.

That was stress time because my major sustainability has no INTO students and almost my classmates are native English speakers. Its change was enough to overwhelme my initial passion to survive in the US. There was no analogous way to bring me beyond the success of this semester. Issues were how to break through this situation, but I couldn't see anything to alleviate.

Therefore, I tried to go out from the US first, because of a sense of communication skills lacking to catch up class contents. But there were supportive persons giving apposite and apropos advices to implement my research works in this fall 2020. INTO office members, Mr, Qi, Professor Vigo, International students office, and global menter might encouraged me with their consistent ardor, and they ameliorate my situation toward better and sustainble way.

Political Belief of Pro-Life or Pro-Choice

Introduction

Historical moment came up in this January. In Anti-abortion rally, Donald Trump is the first president to address in person on this event. I personally looked at this news as issue out of political negotiation because of Donald Trump whom we have recognized as one of eminent entertainers in the United States, and anti-abortion rally looked like the minor issue rather than other diplomatic and national security issues. The U.S. political landscape unfortunately has been filled by anti-social issues like a conspiracy theory or bribery involving other countries. But anti-abortion is a topic relating women’s right. I did not think this news as simple political context of view.

In searching his belief for abortion, there are several things not consistent as concrete one of Trump policies. In 1999, “I am very Pro-Choice” (2015), that obviously indicate his origin had been opposed to current status. “In mid-February 2011, with Trump again fueling speculation that he would run for president, he spoke at the annual meeting of the Conservative Political Action Committee. In his 14-minute speech, he made this simple declaration: "I am pro-life.".” (Greenberg, 2015). The reason Trump had changed his point of view about abortion should be the story his great friend sharing with Donald Trump. That was a time he would be asking the timing to run the presidential race as a republican. Four years later, his announcement of presidential candidacy was June 15, 2015, and he swore as Pro-Life nine month later of address to run the presidential race. And we have been already familiar with this historical moment in January 2020, address in March of Life rally.

Just once a while Trump had changed his policy from Pro-Choice to Pro-Life. Obviously, he looks consistent to be “Pro-Life” during Republican. Also, 1999 is very obscure how his political stance was. Presidential campaign in 2000 is the one of occasion for Trump to run the race. Why didn’t he say “I’m Pro-Life” in 1999? However, Trump mentioned “I hate the concept of abortion but,” (2015). We actually can observe it seems consistent Trump hates the concept of abortion at least, and address of 2020 is one of the reflections of his political belief since 2011.

CNN, FOX, and CNBC are all that this paper refers. Those of whom released articles of the event “March of Life” at twenty fourth, January 2020. This paper is going to compare among three web news of them and analyze how they observe this event. As this paper told in last chapter, there are no exact evidence that Trump has Pro-Life belief as political purpose. Thus, those three papers will be simply compared those content during the research as following.

Political perspectives of these networks should be explained as following, CNN should be anti-Trump and FOX must be supportive. CNBC is observed as Left-Centered that means in center more than others. (2020). Conclusion will have been the byproduct of political stances on referred networks such as CNN criticize Trump address in the rally, FOX is supposed to describe a political context that is one of advantages for Trump, and CNBC might go moderate. And, explaining of the limitation and prospects which are for better future is the last part of this research.

 CNBC released shorter article rather than others, also is only news being added impeachment trial schedule. Just observation might be that this article to imply that Trump address in person in order to blur negative impact of this trial. When it comes the President of United States, Twitter is the great channel to know what is going on. However, CNBC is the only one media to share the twitter of Trump. And address of Trump is uploaded on the web news pages with no editing. CNBC looks aiming to deliver the fact, even which are going to be small amount of news.

FOX is stating a lot of comments from Democrats struggling of this address and Pro-Life supporters and focusing on qualitative approach to make sure the story of what FOX try to deliver to the readers. A context in this article is that this address should be done by Democrats because of the right of unborn child. Even democrats responded to refute Trump in this article, a lot of Pro-Life supporters are sharing their story to support how precious thing Trump did in this event. Democrats are struggling and some of the most democratic persons are going to be close to Trump. This is how FOX made the context through this article.

CNN pointed a part of speech is what Trump is faking. Also, CNN clarified this fake is to criticize Democratic gov. There would be a prospect that two cases of Supreme Court will conclude the abortion as legal act. Even this is small thing, CNN is only one news there is not video link to watch the address of Trump. In following paragraph, CNN looks to share the historical context and background of this event consistently.

Conclusion

Through this research, this paper can conclude that this topic could be shared with each of political stances such as CNBC is moderate, FOX from right wing, and CNN as liberal group’s point of view. However, we need how Trump is thinking about abortion in his real heart. Even this part was touched in introduction part of this paper, here is only things that Trump changed his mind in 2011. If the researchers can make it and he truly hate an abortion, CNBC and FOX will be better media than CNN. But in opposite case, CNN is only one news getting a point. Here is the limitation the folks has no way what the true hearts are for the politicians. While they are acting to get voters in their state, every kind of actions look like a game to win the election. I personally do not think this is the smart democracy.

The thing those three media explain each of different perspectives is the great environment to observe politics. This research did to align three aspect on one event. Sometimes people need to take a look how other media treat this event. And, their will to be close into the only one fact is great way to gain the quality of voting behavior. However, worst case in this context is that the situation like Trump supporters only watch the FOX news and Biden supporters just believe the CNN instead of desiring for how other news are treating both side of political belief.

Plastic production is increasing over time. Package, bag, and PET bottle are all identified ones as better material selection in the past. Sometimes here was environmental reason to adopt in their advertisement. But majority of cases were out of environmental context. Nowadays, automotive industry is aiming to expand plastic usage to decline GHG emission even it contradicts with plastic consumption issues. The plastics that must be lighter weight than metal might be better choice for engineers which has been also led by the market demand because of some reasons. Who is the center of market? It might be consumer, people. Plastic consumption issues have been the byproduct of human selection. If we hope to deal with marine ecosystem issue due to plastic waste, what kind of iceberg analytics can be.

However, there is still no countermeasure to stop this routine. Because convenience to use plastic is prior to decline of marine ecosystem.

4. Common Belief to Support Plastic Consumption

Huge gap between knowledge individuals have and intelligence people must have to cope with environmental topics discourage issues go forward. Also, environmental topics like global warming has a complexity. IPCC report is just great one for me. One Common Future is very impressive work to drive me engage to virtue of sustainability. However, only fewer people can touch over one thousand pages report. What are we going to do when we face the complexity? In this context, the package you have in Starbucks will give the negative impact to the quality of ocean. Everyone will ask how my bottle does work for and has no idea because of gap under the both of scales.
